Add a new finish coat to protect your floor

The process is commonly called a screen and recoat. A screen does not fully clean a floor and can leave behind contaminants. At Mulville’s, we clean the floor of all contaminants. After the cleaning, we apply a new protective layer of urethane finish. This DOES NOT require sanding of your existing wood floors.
